Sacred Sisters

Bi-monthly circle

In the Summer of 2022, our paths all crossed - Nicole H, Nicole R, Amanda, Ally, and Beccah (starting at the top, going clockwise in image above). Our hearts all yearned for the same thing: Sisterhood. A deep Sisterhood, a playful Sisterhood, a creative Sisterhood, a bold Sisterhood. We decided it was time to create a Women’s Circle in Frederick, MD.
 

Women’s Circles are a tradition that goes way back within many different cultures. Often these circles involved song, dance, sharing, prayer, creating, teaching, caring, lifting up, laughing, and holding space for one another’s joys and sorrows. They involved women of all ages, and we invite women of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds to join our circle. It is so easy in this modern world to feel disconnected. From ourselves, from each other, and from the Earth. Each of us facilitators has tread a path of healing and personal transformation. And we continue to. We can do a lot of healing on our own, but truly there are some things that require community to heal. And we’re here for it.

We’re ready to show up in a bold, authentic, and vulnerable way and we hope you’ll join us.
