Sue Leveille will guide you through movement work, diverse ways of expressing poses & highlight comparative anatomy. Each class will have a focus.

In this class, we will gently explore range of motion in our joints along with standing & seated yoga postures to truly connect with our bodies potential to move within the joint. Furthermore, we will look at the anatomy of our bones to show us our unique shape to improve function, not aesthetics. Simply beginning your journey to a healthy joint with proper range of motion for your body will improve your quality of life, mind and body.
Our goal is to not only move better but create new pathways between the brain, movement and breath - providing us with body knowledge and opportunities that are unique to us. This knowledge empowers us to make proper choices in any movement activity we may do to lower the risk of injury.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat if you prefer.
