Focus will be on alignment of the muscular and skeletal structures, linked with conscious breathing techniques, bringing balance to the nervous system. Pam Francis, RYT 200, experienced yoga many times in the past, but began to deepen her understanding of the practice when she took the faithful leap into 200 RYT training in 2016.  The experience of the 200 training was life changing; on and off the mat. Pam appreciates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga and enjoys sharing that practice with her students.  Pam resides in Frederick with her husband, three daughters and German Shepherd.
