At Amplified Change, we believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming space to express themselves, build confidence, and discover healthy ways to navigate life’s challenges. Our after-school programs combine the power of visual arts with meditation and grounding practices to support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.
Through painting, drawing, and other hands-on creative projects, students explore their imagination, develop problem-solving skills, and experience the joy of self-expression. Each session begins with a healthy snack and a short mindfulness activity—deep breathing, guided visualization, or gentle movement—to help children transition from the busy school day into a calm, focused state, ready to create.
