About the event
Looking to improve your mobility and strengthen your body? Join me, Sue, for Strength, Cardio & Balance program.
Comfortable clothes you can more in, non slip floor or shoes, chair, wall space and the list of optional things - weights and bands.
Sessions will be live 2 times per week and always recorded and uploaded to our program page along with a pre recorded bonus video each Friday. Any surprise lives will be posted to the group and program calendar.
Our weekly sessions are on Monday, and Wednesdays at 7am. Don't miss out on this opportunity to move well with our supportive community at Moving Well with Sue. We have fun and get movement in together.
