About the event
Join me as we travel, through tea, to Fujian Province, China - one of the biggest tea producing regions of the world. Together we will experience 3 different high quality teas that Fujian is well known for - one popular roasted oolong, one white tea, and one "Cliff Tea" oolong. Expect to be wowed by the wide array of flavors these teas provide, from floral to fruity to vegetal to woody. In addition to exploring the different smells and tastes of each tea, we will also learn about the history, myth and production of the teas, as well as the tea culture of Fujian.
Sarah is a tea lover, a forever student of tea, a flavor advocate and a Master Tea Sommelier in-training through the ITEI (International Tea Education Institute).
