Enjoy Community Acupuncture to Re-center and Recharge every Wednesday, 12-1 pm, with Stephanie Owlfeather, L.Ac.
In Community Acupuncture you are treated in a group setting in a reclining chair. Each person receives a treatment designed to support them and their unique needs. Treatments last about 30 minutes and use distal acupuncture points (points below the elbows and knees), as well as face/head points that can be accessed while participants remain fully clothed. Many people fall asleep during sessions and report feeling very relaxed and refreshed.
Cost is $30. (Cash, Venmo, Credit accepted)
