About the event
It's here!!Â
Time to do some spring craft room cleaning, then get ready to refresh with some new supplies!
Because of the huge craft swap success in the fall (thank you!) we're doing things a little differently this time. We are ONLY accepting supplies BEFORE the event - and then the day of is just for taking things home with you! We're accepting craft supplies, sewing supplies, and fabric (please no super small fabric scraps, try to keep it close to a yard or pre-cuts are ok). Please no damaged, dirty or unseen items.Â
So, how does this whole thing work?
1. Drop off options
----Message That's Sew Hillary here on Facebook or Email me at hello@sewhillary.com to set up a time to drop off your items any time before April 1 (so you have a little less than 2 weeks!)Â
----Give Rise Studio has specifics days and times you can drop items off. Â They are to be handed to either Sue or Hillary and not dropped by the door. Â Here are the days/times - Wednesday, March 22nd 10-11am, March 24th 4pm-8pm (enjoy art social between 6-8), Tuesday, Saturday, March 25th 11am-1pm and March 28th 8am-11am.Â
2. Come to Give Rise Studio on Sunday, April 2 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. with bags ready to take stuff home with you!! It's all 100% free, and you don't have to donate in order to come take! Anything that isn't claimed will be donated back into the community.
3. Have a nice clean craft room, and some new fun supplies to get your creative juices flowing! This is also great for brand new sewists and crafters who want to try something new but don't want to invest money in fabric or supplies they might mess up.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me! I hope to see you there!
