Join me in the Fall air at Kidwiler Park for Intro to Mobility class. Take all 5 or pick one that works with your schedule.

Let's move together! This class is for everyBODY! We focus on the target joint - giving us countless options to adapt the base positions. Each base position has its benefits so it's not a modification - it's simply a shape.
Moving Well is a system created to keep you moving with ease, focusing your mind and increasing your range of motion ((ROM) to support day to day activities. We focus on our joints to build a safe and solid foundation. Each class begins with Controlled Articular Rotations (CARS) to assess, improve and maintain range of motion followed by some targeted strength work and stretching. This is ideal for all bodies.
