About the event
Awaken and align your joy with movement and breath in this 60 minute class through effective, gentle and rhythmic movements. Â Our goal is to have fun and explore in a safe environment.
If you prefer to use your own mat, bring it along. Â Otherwise, just bring yourself - wearing whatever you have on as long as it's comfortable.
