Let's Make a Book!!!
This workshop will cover technique but will focus more on enjoyment and exploration. We will create one of a kind art work to use as cover art (or choose from pre selected papers), poke some holes, sew up our pages and use our art to cover the book.

About the event
We combine drawing/painting, stitching, gluing, cutting, poking and measuring to make fun and unique sketchbooks. Oh the fun we will have!
Many moons ago, I started to make small books as a new activity, something fun. I noticed I was making books during most of my free time after work. Quickly I realized it decreased my stress and became a moving meditation during a challenging time in my life. A couple months ago I started to crave it again, not out of stress but more of a reemergence into my creativity. I'm so grateful to share this binding technique with you.
I'll be there evey step of the way. No experience neccesary - all materials included.
We will be using needles, scissors, glue and sharp tools.
