Mandala Rock Painting Workshop

A circle is a powerful symbol of feminine energy, mother earth. Have you thought about what it means to you? Mandala work is associated with meditation, reflection and creation to be present and hopefully create a state of peace or clarity. We will be using rocks from the earth, sticks as paint “brushes” and acrylic paint to create our unique mandalas. First we will briefly discuss mindfulness. We will create these little, beautiful, dense tokens and do whatever we like; share them with the world or keep them for ourselves.
