About the event
The holidays are right around the corner and while this may be a time of joy and abundance, this may also be a time of stress and grief for some. During this Self-Care Sunday mini-retreat, we will focus on cleansing our energy in preparation for the upcoming holidays and self-care practices to keep us centered and grounded throughout the busy holiday season. This mini-retreat will include a relaxing gentle yoga session with some elements of Reiki, breathwork, a self-massage oiling practice, time for reflection and discussion, a delicious and healthy lunch and assorted teas, and a self-care gift bag. No prior yoga experience is needed. Make yourself a priority and join us for this rejuvenating mini-retreat and know that you are worthy of this time.
