Self Love Affair - Self Care with Carrie and friends

We welcome all womxn to a gathering of loving all the parts of ourselves. We will offer care and compassion to the parts that are easy to love and parts that may be harder to love… the parts that hold shame, scars, and stories. You’ll be led in practices of expressive art, loving affirmations, accessible yoga, empowering photo sessions, and compassionate community. Photo sessions will be with Alex Edwards and Amanda Lucia and breathwork with Carrie Dennison and yoga and art with Michelle Jackson.
