Welcome to the Electric Ladies Project (ELP) Somatic Poetry Workshop Series. A unique and transformative experience that blends the art of poetry with the inherent wisdom of the body. Led by experienced facilitators and writers, these workshops will delve into the relationship between the body and language. Through a series of guided exercises, we will explore sensations, emotions and movement and how they can be powerful catalysts for art and writing.
