It's April and we are starting to see our little seedlings grow. We now have to prepare the beds for transplant. Mike and I will enjoy some sun and dirt together and cook on our blackstone. Cooper sleeping in the sun. I look forward to this. What things are you seeing grow from March? My main takeaway is during the turn from winter into spring, there are so many ways to transition - small steps into the warmer sun, fully jump in and some may take a little longer to germinate. Just like the seeds, our bodies may feel ready for a little more movement—or they may ask for continued gentleness. Both are valid. Listening to your body, honoring your limits, and moving in ways that support you (not drain you) is how we grow sustainably. Taking care of yourself is never a disappointment—it’s part of the practice. If you’re noticing stiffness, balance challenges, or reduced mobility, you’re not alone.
