February: Planting the Seeds of Consistency January doesn’t have to be a fresh start. February is where we plant the seeds—showing up consistently and building strength a little at a time. Any day can be a good day to move. Winter is also a time to rely on our immune system - illness happens, like it did to me but continuing to listen to my body and do my best to show up without pushing was key. Hard to disappoint people so take care of yourself and know your limits. If you’re noticing stiffness, balance challenges, or reduced mobility, you’re not alone. Join me, Sue, for Strength, Cardio & Balance, a supportive program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body. What to Expect: • Targeted mobility, strength, and balance work • Live classes at 7 AM Monday, Wednesday & Friday (or watch recordings anytime) • Simple setup: a chair, wall, comfy clothes, optional weights or bands • Movement informed by Postural Restoration, Mobility, Functional Conditioning, Yin Yoga & end-range strength This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about consistency, support, and meeting your body where it is.
